One man guitarists make excellent poets. I have seen them in Nai, Thika, Matuu and even here in Buffalo, NY. Even Bob Marley had his one-man guitar moments just like Paul Simon and Harry Kimani. The plangent beauty of strummed music makes Zilizopendwa, benga and mugithi appealing.
