ive been in atl chillin with c.squad as they prepare their new mixtape( or rather preview to their album) and i have to admit the stuff i skiad was straight up off tha hook.they have a couple of their own productions in this mixtape but what all my hiphop headz should look out for is thier first single"my moment" trust me i did not expect these catz to do what they did......these jamaz are on a whole nother level...kenya is about to b on the international hip hop scene..holla!!!!

stop with hype if they good they good it will show ith the material otherwise this is the most overrated group esp here in mashada

My word. I think these dudes are not bad rappers at all. Now if you are in this for the money, you gotta know who you intend to sell your music to. If you are Kenyans, my opinion is that the kenyan market would be easier to get through to, but if you intend to do that, you need to start rapping in swa. Kenyans will not just give love to a kenyan rapping in english and personally i relate more to kenyans who rap in swa.

What if you intend to break through the American hip hop market? it is possible but i am not optimistic about that. I know a couple of very talented rap artists who live in the shadows barely able to put food on the table through their music. its a jungle out there....

the third possiblity/option is that you guys are doing this just for fun in which case i say, bring the noise! i want to hear more kenyans on wax.

9 th since when did giving opinions become hate ....its kinda of funny cos when i give positive comments it becomes d!ckryding but when i give negative comments it becomes hating yeah!!!!!


anyway what i was trying to put across and this is not the first time saying this the dudes aint that all ....i've seen them peform ...listened to their so called Mixtapes .....and i think they need to grow musically .....seriously they are biting really hard...maybe they will grow in their album and command my respect then ....otherwise untill then ....?????

@biwott i co-sign what you said. rap itself in the states is an entirely different hustle..unless you stand out, being average will not just cut it...
