Lloyd Banks has stepped forward to address the rumors about himself being in a gay porno movie, a scandal debunked by AllHipHop.com.

The first time that I got a glimpse of that, I was like, “Are you serious… Dude do kinda look like me. It turned out to be an ugly situation. I was to a point where I was like, “Damn, I can’t believe people would even think that [could be me]. That’s like me doing a record with Murder Inc.” he said on BET’s “106 & Park.”

Eventually, Ty Lattimore was found and the porn star admitted to being the person in the video.

For Banks, a member of 50 Cent’s G-Unit, the matter didn’t get serious until his grandmother called him to reassure him.

“’Baby don’t you worry about the haters,’” she told him. “That’s when it started touching me personally,” he admitted. “I would hate for [my family] to flip out on something they know it’s false.”

Banks said he was mystified as to who actually would start such a rumor, which was accompanied by a pornographic gay video, but he realizes that such things go along with being a major star.

“This is not the first attempt and it’s not going to be the last attempt [to slander me]. It could have been another rapper, or somebody that doesn’t like hip hop, a female,” he said.

From his vantage point, the rumor didn’t damage his reputation, even though it ran rampant on the rumor for several days.

“It didn’t go that deep because I was [touring] in a new city every week,” he said.

Banks also recently issued a statement commented on AllHipHop.com’s involvement in dispelling the rumor.

"I wanna thank Allhiphop.com and Ty Lattimore for clearing up the recent ‘gay porn’ rumors,” Banks said. “If you'd like to check out the porn I'm producing, get my ‘Groupie Love DVD, It's wild!’" Banks and the female stars from the DVD appeared on “The Howard Stern Show” today to promote the recent XXX release.

The DVD is available online and at various other adult outlets.

G-Unit rapper Lloyd Banks has denied that he is the man having gay sex in a video circulating on the internet.

Sources told AllHipHop.com that the rapper bears a similar likeness to a gay porn star named Ty Lattimore, the actual culprit in the recording.

The man in the video does not have any of the familiar markings of Banks, namely his extensive tattoos.

Rampant rumors charge that the video was made when Banks, 22, was a minor. His reps swatted the thought away.

“This is similar to the Jay-Z video where he is ‘slapping’ that woman,” the rep said. “It’s a short clip that lets people start s**t. The truth is, its not Banks.”

Banks has a very heterosexual video on deck. “Groupie Luv” is an interactive double DVD that allows the viewer to select the girl he wants to fantasize over.

"It's gonna be great, it will seem like you will be the one having sex," Banks said in a previous statement.

The man in a gay video that was mistaken for Lloyd Banks has come forward to clear the rapper’s name and effectively end the notion the Banks starred in the flick.

Ty Lattimore, 28, has appeared in over 25 pornographic movies. He said he was a fan of Banks and that such a mistake has never happened before.

“I feel bad for him and I think its sad how people are so quick to spread rumors without all the info,” Lattimore told AllHipHop.com. “Its crazy how this has blown up and how folks have put him out there like that. Now I am catching heat.”

Lattimore said the movie clip circulating is of him and a model named “Mocha” in a flick called “Bam 2.”

Despite a strong denial through his representatives, the rumor continued to have legs, spreading across internet message boards and chat rooms. Other sources with AllHipHop.com have validated Lattimore's claims prior to him commenting on the rumor.

The adult movie actor, who favors the sounds of Shyne, Petey Pablo and Kanye West, said he came forward to help end the rumor, not to boost his career.

“I am already a porn star for those who watch gay porn,” Lattimore said. “I would hope that if the shoe was on the other foot, someone else would step up and be a man and handle their business. He is a rapper and that is his thing. Being a porn star and model is mine. Thanks for letting me try to clear this up, but some folks will believe what they want to believe anyway.”

A fact LLoyd Banks might not know is that MC Eight is the rapper with the most studio albums released, he has at least 15 to his credit, That's at least one per year since his debut in 1988.Although his record sales are really low he " keeps it real or street " to the fullest and is not as superficial as these commercial rappers we always hear about.He definitely deserves a lot more respect especially from LLoyd Banks whose only had one album.I bet you LLoyd will not be around 10 years from now.
