My friend mentioned that over there you guys can have double chips in the phone. For instance, you can have one Sudan Number and one Kenya Number due to network problems in certain areas. Due to network problems, the text may go through both chips and multiple messages are rcvd.
My friend's bro is working in Sudan. So there is no foul play here. It is messages intended for the party and all numbers are known.
Do you think it has anything to do with double chips?
