Default How much does Milk cost where you are - 05-21-2008, 09:26 AM

AM just trying to make you realise that the cost of living has gone up in kenya.A litre of fuel goes for 100 Ksh.
A packet of milk costs 50 ksh
A loaf of bread costs 50 ksh.

Imagine the underpaid or the jobless how they survive.

First of all for breako- milk and bread is living like a king in Nai. The trend is to cook ngwashes or ndumas that would peleka you for a week or more. Millk just substitute it with strungi. Once people adjust themselves prices will go down eventually but if we start crying for pay rises some of us tutaumia. The only beef I know now is transport. The government should invest in the railway system so as to bring down fares.

Wow! It used to cost me $3.79 for 1/2 a gallon-I can only drink organic. I came to learn the hype about milk so I only drink cocoa then take calcium tabs.Milk is so overrated.
