I pity the oficers of the law, their pathetic lifestyles. no wonder they balistic on the wananchi considering their psychological nature.
The only way out is for the gorvernment to mordernize income tax collection and property tax. The rich should be taxed more than the poor but it seems that it is not the case. Rich farmers in the rift valley get gorvernment incentives but do not pay state tax nor property tax. Just look at the lower photograph how patheic prison warders live.

First is to come up with a better service scheme. Guys can be taxed but still not get to the service men in the prisons. So many corruption deals involving mega money, and yet such honourable Kenyans as prison warders live in abject poverty!
