Looool Mr Happy, I had not read this post response by you. Sasa you are pretending ati you were researching for a relative If you were to be believed, I'd say your relatives are the ones at a loss here. Sisi wengine tumesoma na tukamaliza, while you are busy "Unearthing conspiracies" The Finnish govt. doesn't pay me to recruit students, I say all of these in good faith.

Mr Happy you didn't need to use another handle to say all of that, I believe you are trying to discredit what I said, regardless, I wrote that blog post with humor but presenting the truth , that was some 3 years ago I believe, and like I said somewhere in this thread, that alot has changed in this country specifically working conditions for foreign nationals. Back then I used to be the only African female student in my uni, there was also less than a dozen black people living within MILES. Now there are thousands, and thats just Africans. If anyone has been an avid reader of my blog (which is still public) for the last few years, they will notice the change in my perception about alot of things including attitude due to experiences. By the way, one of the main reasons, I keep a daily blog, is to mark the changes in my life and around me, see how far I have come, and I am a very frank person, all you need to do is ask. So it all depends on your motives, you can either learn from me , including the mistakes I have made living here and bank on my experiences, or you can dwell on a specific past. Doesn't bother me one bit.

For the record, I am ready to support anything I say now, you can also visit my blog for a day to day update on living here and by the way a wise person should be asking me "has anything changed in Finland since then?" not trying to insist I'm hoodwinking people. Alot has changed, but I doubt you are really interested in hearing that.

In the last 3 years, 6 of my relatives have moved here, and friends.. too many. One thing I realised is that there is strength in numbers when it comes to living abroad. If it was such a bad place and nothing had changed since then, I wouldn't let my relatives or friends move here.

At the end of the day, I can only give my experience & recommendations, I didn't drag anyone here to Finland. Chaguo ni lako.

bwahahaa.

Forgive me all.Am not trying to discredit sanaas view and opinions. Its just that I came across that post and got confused and hence had some question.

Its good to know things have changed.By the way,I was doing the research for my self and after I saw that post,I gave up on Nordic countries .I had even started learning a few things about Finland,i.e. its history, language and many more.

Am happy all that research will not go to waste and I can continue and hope I will benefit.

Enlighten us on the things that have changed and the process of going to finland.Tried to visit your blog but its only for invited guests,so I might not have known about things changing.Pole, asante na mungu akubariki.

Too late Mr Happy, once you try to bite the hand that tries to feed you, there is no "unbitting" , sina roho ya kukusaidia sasa.

(sorry Jehovas witness were at my door, I had to summarise)

What I'm saying is, your research is bearing the expected fruits, hata mimi nikija huku, I researched the same way (only you had different motives I guess) and stop pretending you have suddenly found me useful.

Hapana.I did not bite that hand. Put yourself in my shoes. Here I am doing research mostly due to your opinions about education in Nordic countries which was very positive then I come across that thread.I was taken back and wondered what was happening.

Thats why I decided to copy and paste that thread.Sikuwa na ubaya.Anyway thanks telling us things have changed.Guess I should have asked you if things have changed before jumping to conclusions.Anyway I will continue with my research.
