Did you know that Mbuta and ngege has become so popular among the kikuyus living in Nairobi middle class areas such as kariobangi,huruma,githurai,and dandora that Mokimo is becoming a thing of the shags?Kiuks have found out that fish is economical,nutritious and now just as luos believe it stimulates the brain cells.

Fish is soooooooooooooooooo d4mn expensive! (other than omena) 100/= to 150/= apiece? It's a delicacy of sorts eaten rarely. And I think that that was the point all along ... hiyo ni nyama nusu kilo that you can eat with your whole household and shiba. It's a question of availablity and not 'taste' or 'tribe'.
