Default best place to rent two bedroom apartment in nairobi - 09-26-2007, 11:50 PM

guys i am looking to move back to kenya.i need to know the best place to live in nai.less crime major issue.i able to spent 15k to 20k

I could be biased but the best apartment living is in kileleshwa if you dont mind living in high density areas.( sooooooooo many pple)
St michaels apartments ( lived there) two bedroomed, in a secure complex and a study, two bath went for ksh40,000. shared with a friend.

if you prefer living in less dense areas; there are guest houses in lavington and muthangari that go for about ksh12,000 upwards depending on size.

on the other hand, you could live in buru in a town house and pay ksh25,000

Good luck.
Am also moving back home, but i think i'll live in my old room for a while.

I think south B is a good place...its close to town good surroundings no much noise if u get a good place and you can enjoy ur privacy too..yuo can get something good with ur price range. Also mats are cheap I think the best bargain in Nairobi cz it 10Bob kawaida times ama 20 and 30 sometimes rush hour

Its been plenty of years plus since I left but I think they are pretty decent houses and apartments. Five O live right next door
