Now see here: this leave isn't all just about rest. Its also about being there during the first moments of your new born's life. If you believe that men shouldn't have a part in this, then why not go the whole nine yards and spare us the sleepless nights, diaper changing, and baby-sitting while you're at it....if we can't share in the "benefits" that babies bring, then by all means take care of EVERYTHING ELSE

offcourse they deserve it, who the heck is going to help with the baby crying n waking up at night???? esp in states where live in nanny is so expe? kuzaa si kazi kulea ndio kazi n the guy should at least help out in the first months and see what's its all abt.

nearly forgot, after bebaring for 9 mnths don't u think the woman deserves at least one month rest while the man takes over?
