I live in MN and this statement is not accurate. The congressman's district has virtually 0 Somalis, let alone minorities. Somalis are mainly concentrated within the cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, in particular, the Riverside area. The congressman represents the western suburbs - Plymouth, Maple Grove, St Louis Park & Minnetonka - predominantly white nighborhoods.
