Default Brain Drain - 06-13-2006, 04:48 PM

Sad, sad ,sad...i came across this in the nation. if it's true that doctors working for the govt have not been paid for 5 months it's a crying shame! realistically how do you expect to retain someone on the job when you dont pay them.especially DOCTORS!don't they know how valued their services are in the States, UK, etc? and we can still cry about doctors, nurses and other professionals deserting kenya for 'greener pastures'! seriuosly if i had a rela who was in nursing ama a doc id encourage them to leave!and MPs in the mean time can afford hefty pay rises. goes for all other profesionals.teachers, etc.

by the way, hi, im agnetta.good to meet you. hope you don't go for my throat as happens to all first timers. i come in peace.

it really is a big shame. one would think that doctors are valued more above everyone else and hence have their deserved pay constantly.

Q: how do you know we go for first timers throats?
A: you're "probably" (i'm just assuming) not new here.

easy, just copy and paste the link to the image you want to post here (just like you did with the one from nationmedia on your post).
you can click 'preview message' to check if it works.

your handle brings to mind a good friend (also sizzlin' hot babe).....for a minute there...damn I miss nai...(enjoy MM)

I cant blame them(the docs)...when you look at what mp's are paying themselves. Its a shame but then we must all share the blame cause we'd rather suffer in silence than rock the boat.

Even with this armenian saga..no one has mentioned treason, because that what it amounts to when you undermine state for your own gain.

I've said before, in order for people to see the seriousness of putting self before nation...line some of them up against a wall, shoot them and bury them in mass grave. Draconian I know but some idiots only understand such...

Welcome Agnetta, I'm not usually that morbid...but aaarrgghh..

agnetta, make sure sure the message format box doesn't have a check.
(i'ts right above the subject tab)

i agree, chemical, we just sit around and do nothing....this brings to mind that story in 'Encounters From Africa'. it was called 'The Man' (the man was refering to the government in that story BTW, not the james bond guy)
