It is disgusting to say the very least that upper hill school authorities are fighting to conceal the identities of the perpetrators of the heinous crime.
These kind of kids do not deserve any mercy under the pretext that they are 'young'. Justice must be done by not only finding ways to ensure that the said criminals spend sometime behind bars but also a better deterrent will be to ensure that their rape crime are availed to the relevant authorities. Infact since they are already sex offenders their passports should be stamped accordingly to that effect so that foreign countries are aware of their criminal pasts.

Daang, I thought this kind of shiet ended in our day. Back then as a rubble I was warned about guys who were gay (or wonnabes) and never to go anywhere by myself. Anyway, survived that first year, used to hang out with some very roudy rubbles so I never became a prime target. Heard though that some guys did become victims, but this was kept on the DL for fear of embarrasment and a lousy school administration.

These guys should defn be locked up. Someone has finally stood up to them and the message needs to spelled out very loud and clear.
