eish Jib.Steam chapos in water...bado sijatry that one. Btw when heating chapos I microwave for kindu 15 secs....very very soft.Of course don't make kites{hard chapatis} then expect them to be really soft.

For the softest microwaved ugali wa jana, cut off the crust, slice it into smaller pieces and add a little bit of water. Works the same as steaming.

Soft chapos, put them in a ziploc and microwave for 10-15 sec.

Another experiment I have done is microwaving beef-patties and samosa. U put a drop of lime and a napkin/serviette so that the oil is absorbed and u can kula bila mafuta dripping everywhere. Use 10-18 seconds.

to store ugali overnight, wrap it all round with aluminum foil and the outer crust will not harden also do not put it in the fridge as it is dries ugali out very quickly
