AFFIDAVIT.
I,K.M.K, a.k.a,NDUU MWANA A NGUNGU,do make oath and state as follows:

1.THAT Iam an adult male of sound mind and disposition,the deponent herein hence competent to swear this affidavit.

2.THAT I swear this affidavit to let it be known that Iam sick and tired of the gross injustices in kenya,which have resulted with my father being thrown to jail for killing a wild animal which posed a threat to him and my family in down town MWINGI.

3.THAT,my dad is getting arraigned in court out of malice and out of discrimination by the KWS.

4.THAT,I NDUU, will do all it takes to retaliate.(a)And that now I understand why terrorists act the way that they do.(b)that given the chance I would and infact will try and kill anyone involved in injustices in kenya.

5.THAT,I hate kenya as a country and all its leaders and they should be killed.

SWORN BY ME.......NDUU.

Fellow mashadiites Iam cancelling my holiday due to what has happened to my old man in kitui,and Iam preparing to do whatever it takes to make my point.
my old man was jailed jana for six months for killing an elephant that was wandering around our farm.Being athritis I dont know vile atatoboa machakos GK prison.

Why was it so difficult for your dad's lawyer to prove 'posing a threat' and 'wandering around your farm'? The facts sound so clear. Maybe you should appeal.

Yeah, i feel sorry for ur mbuyu BUT, i think he had it coming cuz if am not wrong u mentioned in a post that ure dad is a hunter. I donno what cut, but unless u r living in a forest or in the savannah or wherever elephants live, i dont see how an elephant could have just wondered into ur compound. Doesnt ur dad know that poaching is illegal? In a ka thread u mentioned he hunted some wild animals and thats how he made a living. Well, i've alwayz been against this, and i dont see how KWS were being unjust.

regarding u being of sound mind ...this may render your affidavit invalid..so dont use it as a opening line u may find yourself being thrown into 'new muthaiga hospital' b4 u could say cwangari'

if he killed an elephant..(and I may bet he had a shot gun -i hope it was licensed)..and since he is not a reserve game warden like delamare...but a seasoned poacher who affords to send his randy son for further studies...he was on the wrong and the law is a law..

Its also good to note that, its very hard for KWS to prosecute u for killing a wild animal wondering dangerously on your compund on the other hand ..they try to hash' the matter rest you sue for compensation..

So Nduu just tell us the truth or tell your folks back home to tell u the truth...it could be a worse case...hope you didn't get your tendencies from him

Ati u are cancelling your holiday yet you want to teach these malicious Kenyans a lesson. My advice hebu fly home and go camp outside the KWS directors house and office and make your point. When opportunity presents itself I dare you to give this pal a one two kimanyoko slap across the face and teach him a lesson. Go curse out all the pals involved in this unjust treatment and while u are at it since u hate kenyans on your flight home make it vocal at the terminal and be sure to let each of the individuals on the aeroplane and the streets of Nairobi/ Kitui or wherever you hail from that you resent them for not standing up for your old man.
