If this is gonna be enshrined in our constitution then I'm not complaining. I actaully haven't had the time to take a look at the so called proposed constitution. The much I've gathered is from the payukaring of Tinga and his cronies plus their uneasy bedfellow Kanu. So what is so bad about the kilifi draft as opposed to the bomas draft. Or is it that Tinga is up with his usual bag of tricks?
My main concern was just dual citizenship. If it is catered for then I'm not complaining. If kibaki wants to be 'juu juu juu zaidi' then he ought to know that ultimately just like moi he'll have to vacate the seat.
I'm betting that there will be a big Yes vote from Kenyans abroad because of this

21. A person who is a citizen by birth -
(a) does not lose citizenship by reason only of
acquiring the citizenship of another country; and
(b) may apply to regain citizenship, if the person had
ceased to be a citizen as a result of acquiring the
citizenship of another country.
