Draft Constitution: 30% of MPs shall be Women. LOL!

This clause made MO1 laugh. Why should we set aside 30% MP seats for women. The people of Kenya should decide who should be MP. The Constitution should not dectitate the number of women necessary in the parliament. The House of representatives and the Sanate(USA) does not have special seats set aside for women. Its the people who decide how many women to elect!
