Anyways MTT,not to throw mud on your research but I find this statement about Luhya's needing a different kind of leader to be highly offensive.How about saying that Kenyans need a different kind of leader.By saying what you did,arent you thinking along the tribal lines that everyone is working so hard to destroy?
By the way does it matter if its the usurper or the anointed one that gets the vote?We cant choose our leaders based on history,I thought history does not repeat itself!

MTT,I just wanted to put across the point that we should start thinking along kenyan rather than luhya/whichever tribe lines.Anyway your knowledge of the luhya history is quite impressive,I dont really know much about who (Musalia/Jirongo) would be better,I was just commenting on the luhya people part.

MTT at this rate you might relate Rasputins antics with Matiba's...

Your premise is flawed because neither Musalia nor Jirongo is a Wanga,Shikuku is the Wanga & we know that he is not about to climb from his political abyss...

Jirongo got is opportunity through YK92 & he knows that going against the 'wishes of the Party' will be to his own detriment that's why he didn't challenge Musalia.Only time will tell if he can get the support of the whole community,Just because Musalia is quite doesn't mean he is asleep...
