Last time I checked on any buses even the State Transit buses in America, I saw no seatbelts.

Perhaps you mean last time you checked, there was no comprehensive method of certifying or comfirming the certification of their drivers?

The first pic is definitely Number 58. Buru,Hamsa na Maringo :).
The next is Eastleigh Number 9. I used to freak the place i won't lie.
