I woke up this morning and it was quite dark. I listened to the weather forecast and the weather girl said that it would be a cloudy, rather mild day (7 degrees centigrade). I took a shower had some pitta bread, eggs and coffee as I prepared to go out.

And then I heard my doorbell ringing. With a resigned air I walked to the door and opened and my friend walked in with all the excitement of a new day. He asked me if I had heard the weather forecast and I told him yes: it would be a cloudy, rather mild day.

What exciting news!

i had cornflakes with hot milk this morning for breakfast because i don't like cold cereal.

i've always been wondering why cereal at home is so yucky.

and elliots bread was disgusting. you could find a piece of sisal rope, shards of glass and even finger nails in a slice of elliots bread.

but my mother started buying us supaloaf. that was the jistier bread.

here in the states there's a kind of bread called 'potatoe bread'. i don't like it.

how much is bread in london?

i'm going to call my dad this evening.

Bread in London is about £1 depending on the size.

The pitta bread is an arabic sort that is near to chapati. You can eat it with anything.

Woke up at 5 am today, NPR was playing Franz Liszt today, I am amazed at his ability to dominate the piano from the lowest Key to the highest all in one swoop. Nothing interesting on the news.

There was an interesting article in December's Fortune about Enron and its problems, I read it while riding my excercise bike. Found an article on the New Range Rover, couldnt resist reading about it and ended up spending too much time. Took a quick shower, while warming up the car, I packed my gym bag for my lunchtime workout and my office bag. Thank God I didnt have to bring my laptop today.

Was on time for work, with a killer smile and a grateful heart, but I have lived to see another day.

i have been exercising a lot these days and am now managing to benchpress 115 pounds which i think is very good.

but i don't like the gym in my school coz a guy there once bust a move on me. i almost fainted then i boxed him.

Everything is inflated in London.

I belong to a gym but I have not been there for ages although I am planning to start going again. But I do mental exercises just to keep my mind in shape.

Avoid those kinds of people and keep yourself clean in the eyes your ancestors.
