Default Kimeumana! Kenya case now goes to ICC    Show Printable Version  Print   Email this Page  Email

I never thought Ocampo could pull this one up. Latest news now confirm Ocampo has Formally handed the case over to some ICC judges, and that he is sure they will issue indictments.
I hope the indictments will be ‘sealed’, meaning many people in govt on both sides will not be going abroad juu hawajui kama wako indicted already. It will save us plenty of money previously spent on unnecessary foreign trips. And nobody will ever incite violence again in Kenya.

What you mean? There are some confirmed names. 1 kiuk and 2 kale.
But there might be others. Saying it means nothing is a joke. The first step was to formally look at the evidence. Next step is indictments. And they are only looking at maybe a maximum of 5 people. Indictments might be handed over this Dec. Watch this space.

I think what is important is taking out of the country the guys we all know are guilty as hell. About voting patterns, it’s very difficult to predict since everything is so confusing and a new constitution is on the way. But one thing I know for sure. Nothing is permanent in politics. Kales can easily vote for Raila even when their men are in The Hague, if there is no alternative. Same way Raila said Kibaki tosha. Who’d have predicted that?

I was listening to Franklin Bett on BBC a few days ago denying that the violence was planned. That it was all spontaneous. LOL, Kisumu was spontaneous but everyone knows about what happened in the rift valley From ELD to Naivasha...and I could almost hear him panicking over the radio like a headless chicken ati it wasnt planned.

The big fish will definitely go to the hague, and we will cheer as they do so. Sitaki kuona Kenya ikichomeka tena.
