[fiasco]

I will keep it short and sweet, i bought a d-link 8 port switch at their tom mboya st..shop like a week back..which had warranty.getting back to the office after two days it started acting up..going down not powering.i returned it since it was covered, i was given a replacement that one of the sales persons tested it got powerd and i left back for the office..gettin to the office pluggin it in.. The switch was dead..it must have blowed up when the sales guy tested it.so i take my azz back to their sales shop it dint even take 30mins..then they supervisor is like he cant help that the warranty doesnt cover the power system..like its a computer..so he is like the only way he can help is if i chomoa another 1500 for another switch.. And yet two of their switches just gave me hell...well i have just learnt that they are selling knockoff..chinese hardware...be wise if u have to get anything from their store>>>
