Yah man! memories, memories. Repin' mugoya in the house (although we ended up in la--lang'ata--before i came to stato). We moved to mugoya when the somalis hadn't taken over so much. Here are some of the things i miss about c in no particular order: 1. I miss the video store at the shopping center which had a video arcade in the back (don't remember the name of the place)....playing street fighter and finally figuring out how to slide a thin hacksaw blade in the slot in order to play free games for as long as you can get away with it... 2. The cookie/pastry shop (forgotten the name also) that had some killa shorbread cookies. 3. The chics. (you know who you are) 4. Juks na southpole (lived right next to it) 5. Crazy friends who would "borrow" their zak's car for a night of mu-enjoy-o. Then running out of gas/petrol hapo railway on our way home, and having to leave the car their:then jamaa takes the keys and puts them back where his old man had left them: old man wakes up in the morning and claims thugs have jacked his ride only to see it on the side of road on his way to work! (you know who you are) 6. using your buddy's membership privileges at YMCA to get a whole gang into the pool.
