That site is based in the UK. The subject came up here before in another thread. Do something about the site and make a formal complaint.

When that doesn't work, do other things like bring it to the media's attention, contact the advertisers of the site as they are associated with such, bring it into the eyes of the public.

I think George is a very humble guy though. When we consider that he once live in South Korea and his mother curently lives in France not to mention that his brother is President of the US, it is kinda surprising that he chose to live in Huruma hustling to make it by himself and not due to favours from his brother or mother.

Like Ciceraw said, most ordinary Kenyans even if they only had a brother in university in the US, would expect the brother to sort them out every time they were in financial distress.
