Default Is this the change Kenya wanted?    Show Printable Version  Print   Email this Page  Email

Many months have gone by since the murders and rapists arm twisted the "duly" elected president into a power sharing deal. (Please note duly is in quotes)

Since then, the following has happened:

1) Prices of everything (Including a blow job at K Street) have gone up.

2) Some MP's (Yet to be named) are buying maize from the cereals board and selling it to millers at triple the price hence people can no longer eat ugali (I am not saying anything but we all know who is in charge of agriculture and we know lawyers at the hague don't come cheap)

3) Corruption has increased 10 fold.

My question is, does anyone in Mashada still think the change Kenya deserves will really come from Raila, Kibaki, Ruto, Balala, Uhuru or any of the other *******s in our 10th parlianment?

Some proved that they can do anything including killing and raping innocent women and childred and even burning people inside a church to get power while others proved that as long as they were in power they did not give a hoot as to what was happening to innocent Kenyans.

Surely, are this people the hope of Kenya??

4 elections since the return of multi-party politics in Kenya, and as many can say the change is yet to come. Maybe we even need to quote Oginda Odinga "Not yet Uhuru"!

And the change wil not be brought by the likes of the leaders mentioned here. They are aprt of the problem, they have been perpetuating the rpoblem rather than providing solutions.

In Swahili, it goes like mchimba kisma huingia yeye mwenyewe. The current crop of politicians used the masses to get where they are. As signs are, people are getting slowly fed up.... and once evrything boils to the top, the real polical Tsunami will wash, wash and wash and a change will be for real.

My colleague one said of his womanising, philandering cousin,
"He sleeps with anything in a skirt. Take a goat and don it with a skirt, and he's sure to have intercourse with it!"

Take change in any form, repackage it for the masses (Change we can believe in, Yes we can, Maisha Bora, Kazi iendelee) and we Kenyans, ignoramuses that we are, we'll duly vote you in to power.

Don't you just love our stupidity!

Kabunja,

You are being dishonest to accuse all the politicians of lacking leadership. We all know that with an imperial presidency that Kenyatta and the Moi bequeathed on us, everything and I mean everything revolves around the president. So the only person that should take the blame is the president, nobody else.
