As opinions may not count here.... I would ask how can the admin/moderators intervene without making some feel (dis)favoured/oppressed and aggrieved?

SNS, It seems like you are in love with ghetto boy coz of the way you have been trying to defend him. Why should i be banned when all i was doing was to stop the ghetto boy when he ran amok with his tribal bashing? Someone had to stop that kind of retrogressive and abrasive behavior. I even tried to advice him on good behavior and also reminded him about the rules of this forum. This is how i put it:
