how exactly does the kadhi court affect you personally? (i'm assuming that like me you are not a muslim). It's been there for some time now and has not affected non muslims.If you have evidence to the contrary, kindly share it.I personally support the inclusion of the courts coz i've no evidence to date that they have or will impact negatively on non muslims, and i suspect that neither do you.

You really aren't aware of the rules protecting civil servants from arbitrary dismissal.

Nobody will loose their jobs they will simply expand the civil service or simply move people around to meet the new requirements eg : all those Luos working in Nyanza will be transferred to central and vice versa,the same will apply to other regions and soon we will have a balanced and representative civil service.

Actually your nemesis the kikuyus stand to benefit since fair representation means they get at list 20% of all civil service jobs

Keep dreaming, no one is going to create more jobs. The military command is intact, they wont create more commands for luos and luyias et al. Those that are currently being held by kikuyus will be surrendered! --fact
