if what you are saying is true, that must be very good news indeed. The era of impunity in Kenya can only end when ICC surprises the 'doubters' by indicting those responsible for the genocide.
BTW: ICC is not bound by the Waki report. They have their own mechanisms, so any big man involved in the violence should not assume he is safe. |
