Breaking News, Kenya, Africa, Politics, Business, Sports, Blogs, Photos, Videos- Own up over chaos, MP tells party

Mr Isaac Ruto accused some top ODM leaders of adopting a holier-than-thou attitude, and yet they were behind calls for mass action to protest at alleged stealing of presidential votes.

“I am particularly incensed by a statement by my party leaders that ODM will cooperate with Moreno-Ocampo, yet these are the same faces who kept calling for mass action, knowing full well that it meant more blood-letting,’’ he said.

Take heart bwana Ruto. It also happened to Kalonzo when he was used as a stepping stone.

Do you remember Kalonzo atosha slogans headed by that bulky ex-boxer Ndolo until Kalonzo thought that he was the next presso and started practising presidencial speeches and inspecting guard of honor at his home.

When the right time came he was unceremoniously thrown of the bus shouting iko nini.

So it means Ruto did not understand what MASS ACTION meant!! he took it to arm his people instead and that is why he is where he is today.

Some people also misunderstood what Raila meant when he said Kenya was planning for nucear energy and today I have a quote in the papers from a minister "She said though the country could solve its energy crisis by adopting nuclear technology, there was no manpower in the sector. Although we have started negotiations on nuclear energy, we do not have a single PHD holder in nuclear science,” she said" this means that for those who know nuclear energy could end up solving our energy problems.

Sorry for Ruto if he took mass action to be mass killing!!!

Sorry toad king Kibaki, he took "restoring public order" to mean arming mungiki and paramilitary personnel and send them on sprees involving killing and raping children, mothers and innocent mass demonstrators in Kisumu, Naivasha, Eldoret, Nairobi, Kakmega, Mombasa and Nakuru...

I'll be fair to this fellow, Isaac Ruto.

According to him, mass action was a euphemism for people to cause havoc-destruction, arson, looting and death.

He is of course referring to Raila Odinga and what he said about Ocamp On Friday-NOv. 6.

Raila kept calling for mass action. People caused mayhem. Raila didn't ask them to stop and if he did, it was half hearted. If he really eschewed violence, he'd have personally called of the mass actiopn but he didn't.

Why do I say this?

The reason is because he kep;t telling us that those who killed were FIGHTING FOR DEMOCRACY. Fighting for democracy?

If you want to see a man with a heart, a person, a HUMAN BEING, just take the time, trouble and effort to read about Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai's conduct after his election in Zimbabwe against Mugabe.

He called it off (the election run off which he had won and which the EC of Zim had declared him the winner of) because he didn't want to see bloodshed the Kenyan way. THat is a human being for you. Today, he is PM by the way and guess what, he sleeps tight every night and is at peace with his Lord over the issue of deaths after the elections.

Odinga, when he realised that the security forces had cordoned off Uhuru park, called for 'mass action' countrywide to stretch thin our security forces. You'd in his estimation have thousands of youth in Mandera, Garissa, Isiolo, Mombasa, Machakos, Nakuru, Kakamega, Eldoret, Kisii, Eldoret, Nairobi, Kitale, Busia, Narok, Kajiado et.c causing mayhem.

This would overwhelm the security forces because these goons would destroy everything, block roads, cause carnage and make t he country ungovernable while at the same time portraying the picture of civil unrest to the rest of the world who would call on Kibaki to perhaps quit. That was his goal.

Yes, Raila asked for mass action but he had in mind violence.

Who doesn't know this?

Let's not act like we are surprised by Ruto's comments.

Finally, Raila Odinga is a chameleon. NOw he seems to have disowned his ODM counterparts. I have never liked the fellow for one minute.
