Kadhis courts existed in kenya long before our parents were born and until now they continue to operate. We havent see any bras being banned or people being forced to grow beards in the century of the courts' existence. Why would it start now?

I dont understand this noise about kadhi's court. They only handle issues of marriage, divorce, inheritance etc between muslims who decide to solve their issues there. In matters of crime etc it is the normal courts people have to go to. So I dont see how the kadhi's courts affects me, other non-muslims and muslims who wish to solve thir problems elsewhere. why people are so much against them. Pilipili tusioila yatuwashiani?!?!

Yes you are playing with fire, The day you remove khadi court is the day you would wish you listened to us. Khadis court have been around since portugese landed in coast and continued for generations. Now all these evangelical madmen who to me do not represent Christians at all but their pockets are shouting loudest to stop muslims on basis of terrorist. Yes every tom , **** and harry has to just shout terrorist to get attention of uncle sam and get paid for doing so. Well i have news Muslims make percentage of Kenya and if anyone try to bully us we have no option but to declare NFD and Coast independent from Kenya.

And believe me we are capable of that cause it not about fighting but the will of people, We are tired of these new comers to East Africa dictating to us. FCK off and stop coming here causing hate amongst Kenyans...off course forces off darkness are not east to stop it only take one lie here and their and you would see whole villages fighting each other. so stop your lies Islam is here to stay.

I suppose you have a point but the arogance and threats will just add fire to the problem. if only you could explain more or give a link to where we could read more about the kadhi courts. Of course there is a n Islam phobia but i think it is mainly due to ignorance. We've seen enough of violence and the last thing Kenya needs today is a jihad.
