Parents must take full responsibilities for their families, for their actions. When told to panga uzazi, they see siasa in it...we must not blame govt for everything under the sun. The Kenya I want is the one where institutions work, and the govt leaves me alone to maximize my potential. If anyone is waiting for coupons from Kalonzo to escape poverty, let them wait.
All I want is my tax money to be used well, for Kenya to protect me, my rights and family's. Jiggers do not play politics, they are consistent, very democratic...they are not tribalists...maybe we should have jiggers to run our govt, the likes of Ringera would be gone...

Kuzaa sikazi, kazi ni kulea mwana, this is the message many families in Africa never understand.
It goes like this:

'Do you have a wife?

No.

'why'

Because.

'Because what'

because i want to plan before i get married.

'You are a fool' the uncle tells you

'you never plan when to marry, you just look for a woman, take her as wife and the rest is God's work' you're told.

You come under so much pressure from the family and sometimes friends,
mostly if you are over 30yrs. 'what a man are you, at this age and no
wife, can you really stand before men and speak?..shame on you.'

This is how many of us starts a family. No planning, God will take care.
All of a sudden, you have 6 to 8 even 10 children.

At this time, you have already faced the reality. The problem is yours

and up to this time, the God you kept hearing about was nowhere to be

seen.Then comes the government with free education promise.The politician with free education promise get a majority vote.

This is because the people have a common problem. That is big families
and anybody who promises anything free is mostly welcome.

Imagine that is true....that is what they do..
even after you are married, you ahve to take care of their second and third wives...and those little ones that keep popping up every year for ten years...
