Obama should have met our PM also, otherwise that looks like a snub to our PM hon Raila Odinga(Eng i forgot).
Raila is Kenya,s PM and snubbing him is snubbing Kenyan people but aaaaah maybe Obama has his reasons.

Obama does not wish to attract any buggage..being closely associated with Raila certainly does not help it.

....Personally I don't get the fascination about obama and I don't buy the hype leftist media sells to the masses. The guy is a total hypocrite and a fraud, to him its perfectly fine meeting his idols dictators of the world castros and chavez, but he won't meet with his own comrades and kassin raila or talk to his own pastor and mentor for twenty years. Of course his handlers know very well association of obama with raila and wright was a liability to election of the messiah and will still pose a threat to his reelection hence the snub. Its no surprise wright claimed in some interview that, them jews that control obama will not let him talk to him until after five year when he is lame duck and interesting enough he was later pressured to apologize . Media cannot handle the truth...Wright says 'Jews' keeping him from Obama

Obama has actually met Chavez although to me, he is not a devil (Chavez that is). IN my opinion, it was order for them to meet.
I think Obama has been off to a reasonably good start. The US economy seems to have bottomed out or at least, the dangerous slide to a depression has been halted. I believe things will even out and jobs will be created in due course. |

It is amazing that while the world changes, some people refuse to change.
It is sad that while we try to break the stereotypes based on religion, tribe, and race, some people continues to embrace hate and negativity. It is unfortunate that while we move into a new world shaped by 21st century diplomacy and tolerance, some people continues to regress into the 17th centrury barbarism and intolerance. It is beyond reason that some people dream RaiRa day and night. They hate the man beyond measure. They continue to be consumed by the level of hate driven by tribalism and superiority mentality, which has no place in out society. As Agwambo plays in a league of his own he is leaving the haters falling on their tracks. Surely, you can deny a man his right but you can never break the will of a determined man. Kenyatta and Moi never managed to kill the spirit of Raila and I dare say Kibaki and his bunch of haters will not succeed because as of now Raila is no longer about the man, but has become an institution. You cannot hate Raila without hating on the six (6) provinces where he 'rule'. The man is creating all the network where it matters, while the illigitimate 'lame duck' ----kibaki is sleeping on the job as usual. God bless Kenya, and God bless Agwambo... For the haters...I've got enough ropes for you all to hang yourselves with!!!!

Nobody tells Rev. Wright what to do, if his theatrics last year are anything to go by. He quickly realised that he had no backing, so he retracted his statements. For a human he sure does try so hard to be indispensible. lol He is not God for f*ck sakes. About Pres. Obama meeting PM Tsangarai but not Raila, I should remind you that Tsangarai has always done all he can to prevent violence, including asking his supporters to stay home on election day b/c he feared for their lives. He won the elections but still agreed to share power and never incited violence. Based on what I read on mashada, it will seem Raila wasn't so innocent in the PEV. So why should Obama meet with him and risk his political capital? It is time for Africa to stop waiting for handouts. Will Raila visiting the white house bring back the stolen bags of maize? No wonder we are the butt of jokes around the world. We think Obama will suddenly cause the dictators to have a change of heart or that b/c he has a kenyan father, he owes kenya anything. A pity!Pres. Obama attended a conference on the Americas and Hugo & Castro were in attendence. It was not a personal visit. Regardless of your differences, you have to be courteous and shaking hands & taking photos are part of the protocol at such meetings. It does not mean Obama now shares their views. lol Last edited by okiedokes; 14th June 2009 at 01:26 AM. |
