When will kenya join the Nuke race?

Am not dreaming here,but facing facts currently bothering asia and sections of north afrika.

we are busy fighting eachother,trying to rule our own by force while the world outside our boundaries doesn't wait.

we have great resources - the great fresh water lakes and rivers.The future reason for wars will be water not oil.

We also don't have enough capacity to generate electricity,something nuke technology can do.

More questions"when will kenya make its own cars and pharmaceuticals like India? We just import ,import almost necessity yet we have universities and research centres.What are they for if they cannot improvise?
