Auditing Raila's Successes so far.......

He talked the talk during the campaigns last year, what has he delivered so far........

1. mass circumcision.......this will surely put us on the way to achieving vision 2030 and hosting the olympics.
2. mass distribution of depends to women.....he is still negotiating with donors for this.....stay tuned
3. majimbo......the only jimbo benefitting so far is the raila homestead jimbo....all the other jimbos get to do with cdf money
4. constitution......he is happy now and wants the status quo....no opposition
5. promises to kales.....made them think under his leadership, it's moi error all over again......now he is threatening to name the corrupt ones.......

Why is Raila, he who claims fighting corruption as his hobby, threatening to name corrupt leaders instead of coming out and naming names?
jobs.....he seems to give most jobs to his friends or tribesmates

Everything raila tries there is either stones flying all around or exchange of words. AND if not its something out of the question excluding doing his work in masses he does his destructions double the act.
I wonder if his ambitions this time will rescue him out of his dilemma, he needs to watch out before he gets a heart attack.
