Default Cardinal Njue DEATH PENALTY. We Oppose it Vehemently - 09-06-2008, 02:05 PM

Cardinal Njue Death Penalty. We Oppose it Vehemently.

Njue not all crusades deliver. The death penalty should be strengthened with the expediting of cases waiting execution.

We need the God given organs to give to other needy well serving citizens. This one you will surely lose. We categorically oppose you.

Kenyans have become barbaric by the day and the wantonness of unbridled crime has taken fatal proportions.

We either impose erstwhile draconian laws or we strengthen what is available.

Njue make a choice?

Njue calls for scraping of death penalty
Written Byaniel Waitere , Posted: Sat, Sep 06, 2008

Nairobi Archbishop John cardinal Njue has called on parliament to scrap the death penalty imposed on convicts on the death row.

Chapter six subsection 25 of the penal code states that where any person is sentenced to death, the form of the sentence shall be to the effect only that he is to suffer death in the manner authorized by law.

Kenya Broadcasting Corporation:

I am a catholic but I strongly differ.

I am a catholic too and fully support Cardinal Njue's call for scraping of death penalty. Death penalty has no place in a civilised society

Did you hear our girls are now sleeping with dogs? This is the result of what Moi used to call “Too much democracy.” Terrorists know that if they are caught in the liberal, human-rights-obsessed West, someone will argue their case, and maybe, get them free. We are more pre-occupied with the rights of the suspects than those of the victims.

Did you also hear of the Canadian guy who butchered his fellow passenger in a bus (whom he had never met before, or even talked to) and chopped him up to pieces? He can never face the death penalty.

Rather than scrapping it, the bar should be raised to ensure that the evidence provided is irrefutable.

Default Ni Diambo I agree-An abysmal world of rage and pity. - 09-06-2008, 06:20 PM

An abysmal world of rage and pity.

It was so brutal and the savagery of a human beast never witnessed before.

I have traveled many times by bus abroad but after that incident I swore to lose a few extra dollars, book an air ticket weeks earlier and jet to my destination.

All Royal Institute members are advised to do likewise.

I have witnessed madness, I have seen madness, I have suffered madness but not the macabre acts of someone unleashing a machete and chopping a head of because he just dreamt it.

Default The Evil within Church - 09-07-2008, 06:41 AM

Njue concentrate on leading the Lay back to the church.

The church is hurtling down the drain with all manner of cheat, swindle and satanic rituals by clergy and Lay alike.
