Raila is yet again calling for amnesty for a cold case, the case was closed and the president asked for investigations and know one was to get out freely without having his case heard, But raila has forgotten all that and now wants the unconditional release of the 300 post election violence suspects released.
Now raila is out to show how powerful he is and he doesn't take orders from the president
