Its the lay of the land.
Obama can only lose.
At the end of the day, the WASP's are just too many.
Those polls make sense when its two whites running. Throw in the race mix and you just have to wonder about those 'undecided'.
It will turn out they really were not that undecided after all.
A lone white guy in a booth to chose between his race and some 'Kenyan'? Please!

With Obama and McCain tied at 45%-45%, it comes down to the unprdictable electoral college system and since Obama may be weak in big cities, he really needs to win as many rural hog-farms and campus e-kids as possible to beat the old white-haired guy.

Personally, I think he's being too nice. He should go for the jugular: McCain's age. He should put Alzheimer's and Parkinson's on his issue list, and say he's doing it on behalf of "people over 70"....
