Why don't they ask members for ways to improve this site? I've tried offering suggestions a couple of times but I never heard back from them. One of the ideas I have is to make this site more user-oriented (give power to the people kind of thing). I think that's the reason why facebook became insanely succesful. It's a balance though, you don't wanna go too far like myspace did with their ridiculous personalized pages that took ages to load. They should also come up with applications that foster more interaction between members, and there are countless ways to go about this.

Trying dude. Trying. But. Four hours later and the group never swelled to more than 10. Been checkin frequently on the members.

That is exactly why I never got into the forums because it is slow moving. I just assumed all forums are like that. Let me know if you find a good one too. I could use the social when bored at my desk.

Keny@n do you only do forums? are you looking for debates or just interactive social?

these just some sites i know of: interactive game: i play an interactive game called sleuth [url=http://www.playsleuth.com]detective game. It has two different links when you enter. I like the old version better. This is interactive, but still keeps people at a distance where you are not there to make friends. Although over time you end up making friends that you connect with by the way the game is set up. They have forums there as well. It is kind of different, you have to play it to understand. But it is not for romance hooking up etc. Just an interactive game where you will meet a few good (keep in touch, connect type) friends along the way without even meaning to make the friends. It is a small friendly community if you like interactive games.

Chat rooms: i never got into this chat room, but i know a lot of my friends like it chat hour www.chathour.com
Just an idea if you are looking for larger chat group, but there are no forums.

A friend sent it to me, but i dont use it either so i don't know how it is i find other chats i have tried to be sexual based that is why i stuck with mashada. I like the general chat here.

Ester, David Kobia is not a programmer and if so he is not good at it. Mashada goes back to 2001 and he has not been able to capitalize on the market and user base.As for now he has about 30000 users not counting the multi handles.Facebooks signs up the same amount of users a day if not more.He uses third party software called vbulletin which is available at a cost of $180.00. Because of this he can't transform this website to the heights of myspace or facebook.Thats why it has third rate users and in another 10 years it will still be the same.And im not hating.In other words David Kobia will never be Chad Hurley (youtube founder) or Mark Zuckerberg (facebook founder) in terms of creativity.

Mashada admin should take some action. So many people can't be raising the same issue here and be wrong. For instance, the issue of spamming and now recently there is another kind of spammer... doing business and business adverts! I don't to log on and just find 10 threads across all the forums just advertising for shoes and sportswear!

Agreed that is driving me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
