The investigation is ongoing about Grand Regency.
Facts and fiction are all intertwined in the saga.
The MPs did not have facts to base their arguments on but hearsay.
They would have been better placed to have facts other than political expediency when tabling a motion of no confidence. Do we have some illiterate MPs in parliament, tale tellers?
A new law needs to be initiated that a vote of no confidence cannot be initiated without all the necessary facts being released to the public/house committee.
If any MP brings in false information to parliament against any citizen of Kenya then that MP must lose his/her seat forthwith when facts show otherwise.
We cannot have law makers who are bringing subjective information without substantiation.
A vote of no confidence must require actual voting in parliament as opposed to shouting ayes and nays!
MPs should know that parliamentary debate is not a primary school drama/debate where anyone can say anything including tales from grand parents including cultural tales.
