I have tried to contribute to a thread and every time I hit the "submit reply" button - lol, nothing and so no response posted! I have tried on two threads by Ng'ony Mamani! Is this a case of the adminstrator screening and blocking responses and contributions to the posts by Ng'ony Mamani??

If this is the case, why allow his/her threads in the first place? I guess there have been complaints about spamming, and if what I have highlighted is the reality (screening/blocking), then there could be an issue of double standards
