Chirau Ali Mwakwere may look like a mackerel but inability to transform himself to a swift swimming mackerel has placed many Kenyans six feet under.

Sack that lethargic bastard or we all lose our loved ones.

Possibly Mwakwere does not know what to do and the likelyhood as well of Muthaura having not given the list of tasks to perform

Kabunja,

Ali Mwakwere was the minister for transport from 2006. Saying that Muthaura has not given him the list is being dishonest. Transport was one of the high profile ministries that everybody knew what needed to be done starting from Moi's era to Kibaki and now NARA. Michuki started something that Murungaru and Mwakwere could not finish. At least Murungaru had the excuse that Michuki undermined him by not giving him authority over traffic policemen as he did ealier. Mwakwere has not given us any excuse to date.

Precisely Tiktok, that's what I was alluding to, that Mwakere hasn't and can't give any reason as to why he is not performing.

love him or hate him Michuki is one of Kenya's hard working ministers if not the most hardworking and its a sad thing he's too old but come 2013 i would have liked to see him appointed the P.M...just on his work ethic coz im no PNU supporter and @ the end of the day its all about who delivers

Default Six perish in Eldoret accident - 05-06-2008, 02:19 PM

Six perish in Eldoret accident
Written By:Rose Kamau , Posted: Tue, May 06, 2008
Six people died and twelve others were seriously injured when the matatu they were traveling in rolled several times along the Ziwa -Eldoret road early Tuesday morning.
Mr. Gabriele blamed the accident on the tyre burst and cautioned PSV drivers to be careful while driving along the roads which are in bad state especially during this back-to-school season.
An eyewitness, John Kiprono said the vehicle was speeding when it had the tyre burst. He said the driver struggled to control it but it overturned and rolled several times killing the five on the spot.

Two incidents and moreso from one flight company are too many! Glad it didn't end up being like the Busia aircrach tragedy.

Default Riala has read the mood - 05-10-2008, 07:51 AM

It looks like Raila has heard the voices in Mashada and is slowly turning the heat on this Mwakere guy. Just quoting from Nation

"Mr Odinga criticised the Ministry of Transport whose minister, Mr Chirau Mwakwere, was present. The PM was unhappy with the slow turnaround of ships at the Mombasa port and other bottlenecks in road transportation."
