This article claims that Kibaki sacked Kalenjins from the civile service. The truth of the matter is that all these Kanlenjins were sacked by the NARC government and not by Kibaki alone.
Even if he did:
What was their performance?
Why were there so many Kalenjins in the civil service, parastatals and the security forces in the first place?
These people brought the economy to negative growth after 24 years in power.
They should completely forget that Kenya will ever go back to those days of impunity.
