Those are just boys going through a rite of passage (circumcision). I don't think they are being trained to be warriors. They are also school-going kids and personally I don't see a problem with this.

I know where you are coming from but...

That photo was first posted by one ODM supporter under the title "i love this picture that sends shivers to GEMA". Looking at it, it would be hard to see how the poster intended to present the boys as "school-going kids" and if he did how that is supposed to scare GEMA.
