Hey go look for your glasses or your priscription medicine for your eyes or next time ask your relatives in Kenya to give you direct news report before you look foolish asking a stupid question !! anybody in Kenya who watched all the kenya Local news could have given you that answer - because Ruto was on all the news showing around the world at the signing of the signing ceremony!!
