Leadership by force and ethnicity is not right -

We need new leaders altogether. As a matter of fact, I was reading about one famous man today; interesting read:
"After this encounter, Hitler centralized the party even more and asserted the Führerprinzip ("Leader principle") as the basic principle of party organization. Leaders were not elected by their group but were rather appointed by their superior and were answerable to them while demanding unquestioning obedience from their inferiors (remember the Speaker's vote and mayoral elections). Consistent with Hitler's disdain for democracy, all power and authority devolved from the top down."
A key element of Hitler's appeal was his ability to evoke a sense of offended national pride caused by the Treaty (MOU).
Having secured supreme political power, Hitler went on to gain their support by convincing most Germans he was their savior from the economic Depression, communism, the "Judeo-Bolsheviks," and the Versailles Treaty, along with other "undesirable" minorities. The Nazis eliminated opposition through a process known as Gleichschaltung.
Makes you think; what next after the PM; mass deaths and killings because of certain enemy communities? Setting the ground-work for more killings?
We need new leaders in ODM like Mudavadi and Sally Kosgey; the rest can go. Our Raila would have been drinking tea in State House right now, if he had fought for issues/policies and not fighting against other fellow Kenyans.
We need to address the main issues: making a new constitution, addressing the land issue, building infrastructure and industry country-wide, regional autonomy. We definitely do not need this nonsense about enemy tribes. We are all the same.
