let each province vote on weather they want to be part of kenya or Not,this should be done openly and freely as possible and after the vote should a province decide they have had enough then its their right to form their own government and local council to manage their own affairs and taxes.The break away republics can then form a collective government of their own and call their country whatever they want,North kenya or south kenya LOL! Secession is what PNU fears to the core because they know all other communities will not want to form any coalition with them. They themselves will not want to form coalitions within themselves. No Meru will want anything to do with a Kikuyu once balkanisation is complete. It is a fact!
