I want to comment on the importance of physical fitness.Our bodies need to be strong and healthy in order to be able to cope with everydays activities.I am particularly concerned by people who feed on junk 24-7,who indeed look healthy but have a lot of medical complications.As much as possible,eat healthy,exercise,and pray.We are what we eat!
