"I hadly quote Aristotle, but this man once said that; "We go to WAR, that we may find PEACE." To bring it a little closer; "Amani haiji ila kwa incha ya upanga." Kenyans, we've been pushed to the wall and even the humbliest of animals like zebra know better to retaliate when they feel that their lives are threatened to the point that death is an inevitabilty-either in the short run or long run- so why must we wait. If I were to choose, I would not opt for a slow coming, methodical and tomenting death in hunger and curable diseases. In the corporate world, they say if you go first, you risk making a mistake but if you go slow, you produce only mistakes. This is not a time to go slow, especially when our hearts are being literally seared on the grill of greed, malice and wanton disregard for public good by the so called honourables. Why wait for God's sake. Are we waiting to cure this by dying one by one and in the process eschewing life in general and its troubles."
