Eastlands is the most notorious area in Nairobi, Kenya. A discarded hood in the capital of a discard country, Eastlands finds itself the Ground Zero for all types of vice and sin. Kenya’s fiercest drug cartels all have their headquarters in Eastlands, and homegrown dead-enders find that they can leverage their nihilism and hatred into respectable earnings as freelance assassins. It’s a place where dope dealers have become its civic leaders, and murder is so common that it assumes the status of weather.

In Eastlands, war erupts between two rival drug gangs, when a relative newcomer on the scene decides to challenge Eastlands's greatest kingpin over his turf. The killings are gruesome and uncontrolled, which suddenly tolls thousands of miles away from Kenya. And no one is safe, not even the local police or the CID aka MAVEDI, where a local top brass police, and a CID agent, finds themselves caught in the mix. The pair with one thing in common, realize that they must step-up and deep-six the bad guys before the whole world is zipped into body-bags. What they discovers is startling. They find this drug-war far more sophisticated and deadlier than they expected.
