Hmm, i wouldn't like that seeing as i dont know where your hands and lips have been so really that type of greeting is not appealing. All touchy touchy, dirty dirty no thank you.

What you do is start a light conversation, one with humour and if she keeps it going, just mention, "i didn't get your name", make sure u like it after.
So the way to go, a light chit chat!

Just wave to her even if the distance is one meter,some women dont like hand greeting and there is nothing embarrassing like extending you hands to an empty response.

Women emanate natural dirt as part of their body mechanism. That is why they cover it up with regular cleaning and all the perfumes.
I dont like being so much in touch with them unless i am hitting pucci and will take a shower immediately.
Otherwise, just wave IN THE AIR.
